At any time during the search process we will administer a test of your choice. The only caveat is that the test instrument be job-related and legally defensible.

Checking References

Extensive written reference checks are recommended to substantiate job performance, responsibilities, employment dates and compensation claims.

Negotiating the Offer

When you make your final selection decision we provide valuable counsel regarding an acceptable offer, appropriate compensation, start date and whether an employment agreement is desirable.

When critical sensitivities emerge at the offer stage, we are well positioned to assist in communicating, negotiating and breaking a potential impasse.

Following Up
